Once the exterior forces are defeated, you can safely enter the subterranean level of the castle ruins where the goblins have set up their main operations. Navigating the Korrow Ruins
Deep inside the dungeon structure, you will eventually locate Rowland Oakes locked behind a reinforced cell door that cannot be opened with standard unlocking magic. To retrieve his wand, you must navigate to the upper boiler room located further down the main hall.
